What this service is

Calibvo is software. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from Ellul Solutions Ltd directly, and there is no third party between us. We introduce you to nobody and we take no commission from anyone for sending you anywhere. We aim to keep the service available at all times and to keep your data recoverable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. If we plan work that will take the service offline we tell subscribers first. You can export your reviews, searches, decisions and extracted data at any time while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends.

How we are paid

You pay us, and that is the whole of how this business is funded: a monthly subscription to Calibvo Pro. Nothing on this site is an advertisement we are paid for, and no figure or recommendation here is influenced by a commission, because there is none. Price, renewal date and cancellation route are shown before you pay and stated again in your account. Where a consumer buys, the statutory cancellation and digital content rights are honoured in full rather than excluded.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Calibvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Calibvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The free worksheets

The worksheets on this site are working tools for people producing a literature review. Their output is arithmetic on the figures you enter. They do not replace your protocol, your institution's research governance, a reporting guideline such as PRISMA, or your supervisor's judgement about how the review should be run.

No warranty

Nothing on this site is academic, legal or clinical advice. A screening or extraction figure produced by these worksheets is arithmetic on the numbers you entered, not a judgement about whether your review is adequate: that is settled by your protocol, your reporting guideline and the people assessing the work. Using this product does not make a review systematic, and nothing here may be submitted as your own writing.
